Anything has the past, present, and future. Beijing is also like this.
In the past. Beijing’s environment is not good. The people often drove. Many trees were cut and many buidings were constructed . With the development of Beijing, the people life has been improved, but the environment has been polluted. Because of the bad environment, the air has also been bad, and it is not good for health. In addition, the climate is becoming warmer and warmer. As a result of this, we often meet the sand storm in spring. Most of the people don’t like such life, but nobody can change it.

In the past, I was an introversion girl. When I come to the middle school, I didn’t like to talk with teachers and classmates. I think I didn’t belong to this collective. I was very lonely.
Before a month test, our teacher tells us we went to test spoken English and English writing. But my English foundation was very bad at that time, pronounces does not standard, the vocabulary are insufficiently, the grammar also always appears the mistake. Therefore I will not have the confidence to this month test.
But, when I feel helpless, my teacher and classmates have helped me. They every single word or phrase teach me to pronounce, helps me to correct the grammatical error, concerns English question to me also is all questions will be answered. Finally, in teacher and classmates’ help, my English month test’s result is very good, and my English result also has very big enhancement.
So I gradually discovered my teachers liked me, my confidence was become big. And my classmates were not dislike with me. And now I have a bright and cheerful disposition. I have many friends. I am not lonely and I am very happy. My life is very substantial.
But my teachers say to me: In the past I was dependable and serious. Now, I change to a bright and cheerful disposition, But I no better likely before earnestly made something such reliably, for example, studying and doing homework.
So I think I need to change my disposition to dependable and serious.
In the future, I want to dependable and happy. I hope my teachers still like to me. I think I can still do a good student.

When I four years age . My room was very small . There was a TV in my room . I like it very much . So I watched it every day . The TV was black . It was small . That was cute . I like watch TV . And I like cartoons . I think cartoons was very funny . My favorite cartoons was << Tom and Jerry >>. I loved that mouse . It was very clever .
And there was a small bed in my room . The bed was pink . I thought it was very warm . And I went to bed night hours every day . There were a lot of toys in my room . I liked toys .
But now , my room is bigger than befor . There is a computer in the room . I like computer games two or three times a week . I think playing computer can relax . And I can use computer to learn English . There is a big bed in my room . The bed is very soft . I like my bed very much . I usually go to bed at 24 o’clocks . And my bed is blue . I have a big wardrobe . There are lots of clothes in it . because I have a lots of clothes . There is a desk in my room . I can do homework on desk . And I have a telephone , now . As we all know, every body have the past , the present, and the future. Me too.Now,let me tell you about myself.
In the past, I was born in Xinjiang, Oct 7th 1994. Mom said the day I was born was very cold . It was snowing outside. Everything was white and beautiful ，so I love winter very much. I studied in Xinjiang. Before I came to Beijing, I studied in No.13 Middle school in Xinjiang.I have a lot of friends in school. we studied hardly together.in the free time, we could do whatever we want, for example played basketball, pingpong, and so on.
I love Xinjiang. Because it gave me many happy time.
I am in Beijing now. I think BeijingIS amazing when I get of the plane, I see many trees. It is very beautiful. But now I study in Beijing， my classmates are friendly to me ，I love them. they help me ,I love my new school ,there is cool .it is very big and beautiful .there are many trees and flowers. there have a library and many Sports, at the free time we can play basketball and tennis.I think it is great. The past, I Just study at school. but now I study and live in school.
I am very happy in my school ,I think I should study hard for my future. I don not fit for my new life . because reading and writing are very important for Chinese But I can do better I should study very hard. in the future I will study in The United kingdom .and now I have to study hard when I am grown I will be a boss, I Can have a lot of money. Before,I'm a primary school students. I am
more outgoing, and I am a little taller than my
friend. I am good at chinese. I didn't like math
lesson, I hate my math teacher. I think math is
boring, annoying. so, when the went to math lesson, I
hang out in the school. My math teacher think I am a
bad student ,She doesn't like me. so I every poor
results.
Now, I'm a middle stuent, I like math. I like
math teacher,too.thought I like math, but my math
isn't very well. I think I really need some practice.
I also like physice, but I think it is very

I had a bad lifestyle when I was small. I did not like exercise very day, because I felt too tired and wanted to watch the interesting TV after school at home. I was crazy about it. My eating habits were not good. I tried to eat a lot of vegetables. But like peppery hot, it were bad. I love milk and junk food, but I drank milk every day and ate junk food one time a week. I was not very like fruit. Why? I thought a few fruit has black point in it. It was ugly, I did like it. There was most ugly at now, too. Of course, and I slept more ten hours every night. How a bad lifestyle I was!
Today is sunny, on Saturday. The sky is blue, the sun is red, and the cloud is white. It is a beautiful day at the world. The wind brow the green tree and grass. The flowers are dancing with them. They are happy together. Like me, my family and friends with me are glad.
I am kind of unhealthy. I hardly ever exercise at a month. My eating habits are better than when I was small. I like eating vegetable and drinking milk very day. All so I like coffee, however I seldom drink it one or two times a year. I love junk food, snacks, meat and more… It is delicious food someone think. Hmmm… I am not all agree this idea. Oh, what is it? No, it is the worst. Bad luck! Why I seeing it? I hate the fruit such as watermelon, grapes, red dates and it are bitter fruit more. Would you like a few pepper or chili? No, thanks. I think you should drink lots of water when you eat them. So maybe I am not very healthy, although I have some healthy habits yet.
The sky will azure, the sun will lurid and cloud will spotlessly white, too. The schools are going to be pretty. But the wind still brow, the tree still stand, the grass and the flowers still dance. Very things are changing. Use your eyes to will find them out, at the same time you will feel different for yourself. And my healthy lifestyle will be not an exception. How about your lifestyle? Here is a park after my home.Three years ago ,the park was bad and old,people don't like zhe park so there was no people play in the park. And it is no any exercise thing in the park .The park is very dirty and quite, the flowers is bad and little. A lot of garbages in the grass ,the grass is blast. And the way to house was very bad and long .If you want to go to the house .You had to walked aong way. A day i'm very tired and I want to get home but i had to through the park , i walk a long time i'm tired and tired .I think the park is very bad. But now the park has changed a lot .The park is better and good , there are some new grass in the park and the grass is green and delicate we can lie in the grass and you don't feel bad ,today the park is clean and very busy and now there are a lot of people exerciseing every morning .In the morning i see some people run and some people play ball.and some old people gym every morning. There are a lot of colourful flowers in the park .The flowers is beautiful and people very like them.And the park gained some new way .So today i don't have to go a long way .And if i tired i don't have to walk a long time.now in the weekend i can go to the park play with my brother and my mother and father. i think the park can better and better. In the fulure ,the park can better, a lot of people can know the park and go to the park and The park is gained a lot of equipments exercise every day. The park is having a lot of green grass, and a lot of colorful flowers, the flowers is fragrant and a lot of bee go to the flowers. The park gainedsome a big TV ,if we want to know some news we can watch news in the TV and we don't have to get home to watch TV.And some acrobat can come to the park, and we can see a lot of good acrobatics in the park,it is very good .I love the park, Iwant to know the park better and better year after year.

When I was ten years old. I have to go to a new school.so I went to Beijing 21st century experimental school. In the school. There was a very big box on the playgrand. But I didn’t know, what’s in it. There were a lot of trees in this school. There were two playground in the school. But now, we only have one. Because school build a building on the playground. So we only have one. The build is for AP Class bedroom. I think, there will be two playground agina. When I was ten years old. I steried in other building. But now, I steried other building. In my merery, there were lots of rocks on playground. When we run .we often tumble. But now, there is nothing on the playground. It’s very clearm. There ia some water in the grand pool. But today. It is diffferent from yeaterday. There is nothing in the pool. Just litter water, no fish. In summer, the pool smells bad. So l harly ever go here. I think, school have to clearn here. And classroom is different from yesterday. Now, the class is big.
And I have four years in this school. I love my school in my memery . I love my school today,too. And I also love my school tomorrow. I love my school forever.

I'm very mischief when I was a child......when I was three years old,my chin made a operation. I remember it was very pain, and my father and mother were very worried.Oh!My teacher and friends are very worried too.And about two weeks , my chin was not pain. Now , my chin is heal . But there is a scar in my chin . I'm in Beijing 21st century experimental school,class IP,grade 8 .Every day there are much homework for us . So , I feel tired and sometimes I'm headache when I come home from school .My eating habits are pretty healthy . I do exercise three or four times a week , I usually eat fruit and drink milk . Because I think they are good for my health . I sleep seven hours from Monday to Friday . On weekends , I usually sleep eight hours . I watch TV and do homework every day . And I play computer games two times a week .I think I'm healthy . I fed a lot of animals when i was young . How many ? Mhn...let me see , there are fishes , dog , cat , rabbits , mouse and bird . Oh!And frogs , insects,snail,tortoise and so son. I think they are very lovely. So I want to be an animal teacher. Becaise O want to help animals to medical treatment their sick. I usually went to play basketball .
But ,now,l live in the BeiJing with mother , l still l, is only is't playing baskatball and go to the skate , I'm no firends ,Ithink is very boring , and l'm ananimals, There good stay English and math .but, l like BeiJing , but ,l likr LanZhou more . The Qian Men Avenue is locate at the central axis of Beijing，the north is start from Zheng Gang Men Jian Lou. The south was from the Tian Qiao Nan Da Jie. That was the Royal Road of emperor who went to the Temple of Heaven. This road couldn’t see the high buildings and large mansions before. There were no modern buildings, no bill board and no neon light. There were only old brick house and tile-roofed house. The Qian Men Avenue experienced the busting of 1930s, prosperity of the 1950s, the ups and downs the 1960s, the wateriness of 1970s and the anabiosis of 1980s.
Days passed, today we see the new Qian Men Avenue. People come from far and near to come to see the new Qian Men Avenue. And they greeted guests with a smile. The flagstone is change for bituminous street. Newly - build houses and shops lined the street The street of small shops are decorate. And there build many new building, like some office building and library. Oh! The new roads are really wide. The streets are full of passengers. It’s hustle and bustle. What a mob scene! What a busy street! And the trees are all being planted to the both sides of the street. The avenues are also lined with many beautiful flowers. It’s give people a really good perceive. When the people who walk on the street, he will smile the scented with flowers. It must be comfortable!
I think The Qian Men Avenue will be more beautiful and more bustling! And more people will come here from all directions |

Michael Phelps
Michael Phelps was born in June 30th 1985. His father was an excellent swimmer, and this can pass their own children. his coach said: “You will see that he always too inpatient to wait to jump into the water, he has given himself far more than the pressure of others to his request, and I know that he is a wizard of swimming, his potential is infinite!”
But when he was in kindergarten, his teacher always told his mom Debbie that he never stopped for a second. He never stopped talking. And he always giggled, or pushed other student. “Such people can't go far.” The teacher told his mom. His mother Debbie also was a teacher. And she never abandoned any student, comprised his son. The doctor gives him some medicine for MBD. He should eat it every day. When he was 10 years old, Phelps was very tall, and the ears were disproportionate. When he was running, the arms were sloshing under the knee. His classmate often makes fun of Phelps. But when he avenged on his classmate, the teacher forbids he to buy the school bus for two month. “He can’t concentrate his attention in class, most subjects are grade of C, some subjects are grade of D. But he is good at PE class.” His teacher said.
Later, he know he is different of other student, and he doesn’t eat medicine. “Other students don’t eat it, I don’t eat it either.” He said. His mother was a good teacher, she knows how to learning. “I was too astounded that for the swimming class, he was waiting for four hours.” Her mother said.
Michael Phelps was random, he likes hip-pop, playing computer games and strolling with friends. But when he jumped in to the water, he was really like a fish. His legs like the engine. He is look like a thin and long’s sail boat. He swims more than 12 miles every day. “I know nobody was more assiduity than me.” He said. He trains hard because he hates failure.
He said: “If I don’t exert my best, I will never stop think it, that made me feel tired.” When he was 12, he losted a boy. He grabbing the boy’s goggles. His coach told him, if next time he lost for someone, he can’t do like this. He conquers it, because he never be defeated.
In Beijing Olympic Games, Michael Phelps contend for 8 gold medals, He hit an all-time high.

游泳池外的菲尔普斯是个典型的随意少年，他喜欢嘻哈摇滚，玩电脑游戏，喜欢和朋友们闲逛。然而，菲尔普斯一跳入泳池就不再是那个平凡的少年了。他身高6英尺5英寸，体重185磅，浑身没有一丝赘肉，游起来像鱼一样在水中划过，他蹬腿动作非常有力，双腿好像装有发动机。他在水中仿佛是一架又细又长的帆船。他每天训练的距离多达12英里，他说：“我知道没有人比我训练更刻苦。” 菲尔普斯训练如此刻苦是因为他憎恨失败。
他回忆说：“如果没有发挥自己的最佳水平，我就会不停地去想它，上学的时候想，和朋友在一起的时候想。这样会让我发疯的。”一次，12岁的菲尔普斯输给了一个和他同龄的男孩，他厌恶地抓掉对方的护目镜，一下子扔过游泳池的平台。教练鲍曼告诉他，下次如果再输给同龄孩子，他不允许出现类似的行为。鲍曼说：“他克服了这个坏毛病，因为从此他再也没有输给任何同龄的游泳选手了。”

| In the past I didn’t have good lifestyle.because,I hardly never exercised.I never ate vegetables, I never dtank milk, I cuun’t stand it, I love drank coffee too, I drank it weice a da, So in past maybe I’m not very healthy, oh, and I sleep eleven hourse every night.Because I play computer games vevry late,Ago I don’t follow my mother's advice.I don’t follow anybody’s advice.I never cleaned my room,and I never did homework.I never looked book,and learned English,And I went to the park twice a day ,I played soccer two or three times a day,I played basketball four times a day,I don’t have a good lifestyle,but I want a good lifestyle.So I must study better.At present, I try to eat a lot of vegetables.I eat fruits twice a day,I exercise two or three times a week and I eat junk food two or three times a week,I try to drink coffee three times a week.I drink milk every day. I play computer games every morning, So I sleep nine o’clock every day.I look after my health,And my healthy lifestyle helps me gei good grades.Good food and exercise help me to study better.So I try to help my mother clean room,I try to follow my mother’s advice, I try to follow anybody’s advice,and I try to do my homework everyday,So I try to look book,and learn English everyday,I try to play soccer once a day, And try to play basketball once a day,I want a good student.So I must found a good teacher and I will very heat.In the fulutre.I will drink milk twice a day, I eating vegetables and fruits every day.I will exercise every day. Hi, my name is Vicky! I’m a gril. I don’t like fancy. But ,sometimes I think:
In the past, I want a lot of toys. It was very puerlie. I was garrulous it everyday.So, my mother said: “If you had good greads,you have a lot of toys for you !” Oh! It was attractive! So , I studied very hard. And I have good grades!
I have tried to look at the past, but every precious memory is shrouded by pain. No life is a waste. The only time we waste is the time we spend thinking we are alone. But I can hardly move forward in this endless road tha we once walked once. Thinking of the days and happiness we once shared, crystals is forming in the eyes. Sitting alone watching the dusk and dawn,I realized the past days would never come back.
But at present. I don’t like toys. i think toys very boring. Oh! Buti know how to make healthy very well! I usually exercise every day. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. And I never drink coffee. So, I’m very healthy, now!
In the future, I think I don’t touch toys! because it is very puerile! I

In the past,I was just a little gril. I am a Chinese girl . I had a short staight black hair. I like to ate a lot of junk food and i didn’t like to ate vegetable. In my life, I didn’t want to play with my friend.I just stayed at home watched TV and played computer games. Be such even, my family also love me.I was in beijing 21st century experimental school.In my school,I can’t stand anything.I didn’t know how to swim,how to play sports,and I didn’t know how to study by myself Anything I did was wrong. Teachers didn’t like to see me. I didn’t know what is mischiet.So,noclassmates wanted to play with me.I’m drop.
And now, Pass the time a day a day. I’m a good student in beijing 21st century expe rimental school class 4 grade 8 .I’m never a little girl .I grow up .So I’m very sensible .I can help my mother do housework .Moreover,I’m a conduct committee member .And I can paint very beautiful blackboard bulletin. I enjoy travel ,and I have visited a lot of landscape places.Such as: Hainan ,Canada ,England…. For the five years ago. My house was very small. There were only two rooms in my
house. And have a kitchen. The kitchen is small, too. There was one TV in my house. But not in my room’s. We have a table. The table was very small. But I often did homework in this table. We ate in this table,too. My bed was small and angry.
And now, my house is big. There are three rooms and a studyroom in my house. There are mang TVs in the house. And my room is big. My bed is very big and beautiful. I love watching TV in the room. The house has a big kitchen and a big table. We eat food here. The studyroom has a table and bookcase. There are mang books on the bookcase. I often do homework on the table.
And later, I hope my house has mang rooms and a garden. I can study and play football in this garden.

when I was a little boy,I lived a small room.There were no free room to read.The road was a little bit dirty that I didn't want to play on the street,the city was not so beautiful.And the TV set was so small.We have not so many buildings around the city.Besides,communications equipment was not very convenient and modern.When I was youny,I cound not see my father and my mother when they went to another city because of business.I could only make a phone to them.What's more, my father's car were so small that I usually felt uncomfortable.In the past,many children could not go to school because they had no money in their family.Their clothes were poor,and they even could eat enough.
But now,the city are changing.we are living in a big apartment.I have my own room,and I can read and finish my homework in my reading room,and there are so quiet that no one can bother me.When I walk on the street,I feel it are so clean and bright.A lot of children are playing on the street safely.In the modern life,I can see so many beautiful buildings.And the cars are becoming more and more.What's makes me more exciting is that my father's car is also changed.It bacome more big that I do not feel uncomfortable.Another changing in the city is that people made the computer!We can check in online information and share new things, play games, and we can see very far away from the people on the computer.And the chilren in the village have happy time,too.And they, like us, are sitting in the brighe classroom and reading, there can be many wearing new clothes just like us.In addition,nearly everyone has a mobil phone in the city.
In the future,I think,people will feel more happy than now.Maybe to sea another world.The Olympic Games has just end in beijing,I believe Beijing will be even more beautiful and more modern.

The past I was a child,My family used to livIing in a small house in Dalian. it is near the sea.father,mother and I can watch the sea and always play on the beach. They know that knowledge is power ,My family was very poor then,but My mother and father took good care of me and sent me to the best kindergarten.I learned English and Chinese in there. They both worked hard on their jobs .
I'm lucky to have been brought up in such a happy family. We are a happy family whether we are rich or poor.
At the present we moved into a new beautiful house in Beijing five years ago.The house is much large and bright. It is near the lake. In front of the building, there's a big garden. There're many tall trees and beautiful flowers in it. We all like our house.I study in a great middle school , I am very happy every day .my English teacher is interesting ,He talks a lot of jokes and he always play with us. I like to play football with my classmates at our beautiful playground.
In vacation, I travel many cities of China and diffrent countries with my parents. These trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoy my day.
I love my parents, my teachers and my country. The future My home will be a big villa.I am going to ask my friends to come here. We have a lot of time to bring up our hobbies,such as singing, playing the piano, balls and so on.My parents’ health is very well. We all will be together forever.
I am interested in travelling around the world, in the future I can speak a lot of languages, I will have a lot of friends from other countries. I can trade with foreigners better. And then I can bring more wealth to China.

In the past I was really tired of math, So my math was really bad .I never listened to math class, I feel math was so difficult, what can I do? I don't like math teacher, Beacuse I can't stand math.
